Σήμερα έκοψα σε monocoat και στη συνέχεια σιδέρωσα το LOGO του αεροπλάνου!!

Πάντως είναι ωραίο να βλέπεις ότι εμπνέεις τουλάχιστον μερικούς φίλους μοντελιστές να ασχοληθούν είτε με την κατασκευή ενός μοντέλου από την αρχή είτε με την συναρμολόγηση ενός ARF!!!

Το θέμα δεν το έχω παρατήσει παιδιά απλά άργησε λίγο η παραγγελία!!
Σε λίγες μέρες που θα έχω τα servo θα συνεχίσω την κάλυψη του θέματος με την τοποθέτηση των ηλεκτρονικών εξαρτημάτων καθώς και την πρώτη δοκιμαστική πτήση που θα βιντεοσκοπηθεί!!!

Το μονοκοτάρισμα είναι το Αδύνατό μου σημείο!!
Θεωρώ ότι έχω πολύ δουλειά ακόμα σε αυτό τον τομέα!!
Αν πάντως μπορώ να βοηθήσω σε κάτι με τις λιγοστές μου γνώσεις τότε ευχαρίστως!!

Hey!!

This is a great honour!!!
For those who might dont know flyintexan is the designer of the insight pattern model plane!!!

@flyintexan
for servos i used the 3010 Futaba which worked fine!!!
yes the project is done since one year now and flew since then dozens of times.
It's realy a nice design easy to build and very stable model.
Every friend of mine trying to find a nice and accurate in flight model i propose the ....INSIGHT!!!
Most probably i am going to build another one during the winter as the 1st one was sold some months ago to a guy
in Cyprus!!!

I am glad to hear that your Insight was successful.

The Insight V2 was my first 2 meter F3A design.  I was designed for stable, easy flying, sportsman class.

Here is a picture of the original 3D model of the Insight V2....

Sorry for the delay in posting....
The Insight "Squared" (Version 4) was developed to be more aggressive than the V2.
The wing area was less, more taper and thinner airfoil.
The construction was designed to be very simple to build, using styrofoam parts and a simple wooden fuse-box.
The Insight V4 is a very light weight design (less than 4500g!).  I used a YS140sport, and a OS160fx and both engines worked very well with this light weight airplane.  It also turned out to be a great design for electric.
